Clean lines, a detachable hood, and enough insulation to stop worrying about the forecast. That is the Tyler in black. Its shell is 150 gsm nylon in a 6/6 military grade weave, rain proof, with a 65 gsm polyester and nylon inner shell treated with a durable water repellent finish. Non-allergenic dyes and chemicals are used throughout.

Thermocore insulation sits at 200 gsm in the body and 100 gsm in the hood, warm enough for a properly cold commute yet still easy to move in. Drawcords adjust both the hem and the hood, the cuffs use an open hem with hidden ribknit to hold heat at the wrists, and a straightforward zipper does the closing.

You get two hidden zip waist pockets outside, then two open chest pockets and two open mesh pockets inside.
