Gacket is an online retailer of genuine leather jackets, coats, bags, footwear and accessories for men and women. We sell direct to customers worldwide from our base in Edison, New Jersey, and we offer made-to-measure production alongside our ready-to-ship range.
What we sell
Our range covers leather outerwear (biker, bomber, aviator, varsity, shearling, blazers, vests, coats and trench styles), leather bags (business, laptop, travel, tote, crossbody and backpacks), leather footwear (boots, dress shoes, loafers and sneakers) and smaller leather goods such as wallets and belts. Materials used across the range include cowhide, sheepskin, goatskin, lambskin and suede, with the specific hide, finish and lining listed in the specifications on every product page.
Made to measure
Most styles can be produced to your own measurements rather than standard sizing. Custom and made-to-measure orders are normally ready in about three to five weeks, and we confirm the timeline with you after you submit your request. Because these pieces are cut for one person, they cannot be returned unless there is a verified production fault.
How we operate
We are an online-only business. We do not operate a retail showroom, so everything is ordered through this website and shipped to you directly. Ready-to-ship items are prepared within two to four business days. Express shipping is free within the United States, and international shipping is calculated at checkout, with duties and taxes varying by destination.
Returns
Ready-to-ship items in new condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Returns are handled by mail and a prepaid return label is included in your package, so return postage costs you nothing. A restocking fee of 10% of the product price is deducted from your refund, and that fee is waived if an item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 days. Customers in the European Union and United Kingdom keep their statutory 14-day cooling-off right, which applies in addition to this policy.
