Black and blue give the Luka a bit of contrast without shouting about it. The outer shell is 150 gsm nylon, woven as 6/6 military grade fabric, rain proof and finished with non-allergenic dyes and chemicals. Behind it, a 65 gsm polyester and nylon lining carries a durable water repellent finish.

Warmth comes from Thermocore, 200 gsm in the body and 100 gsm in the hood, a balance that handles cold mornings and long walks without overheating you on the train. The hood detaches and has its own drawcord, and the hem adjusts by drawcord too, so you can seal the jacket down when wind picks up. The zipper sits behind a velcro placket, and ribbed cuffs close off the sleeves.
