Down does the heavy lifting here. The Exton is filled with 700 fill power duck down - 95% goose down to 5% goose feather - which buys you serious warmth for very little bulk on the body. The shell is 145 gsm 100% polyester Pangee with a DWR treatment, lined with 70 gsm 300t polyester pongee, also DWR finished, so light rain and wet snow bead off rather than soaking in.

A zipper closes behind a placket, hidden ribknit sits inside the open hem cuffs to hold heat at the wrists, and the hood detaches when you want a cleaner line. A chin guard keeps the zip pull off your face.

Pockets: two waist pockets outside; a zippered chest pocket, an open pocket and mesh waist pockets inside.
