The final pair of shoes

The final pair of shoes I received not only look fantastic but also fit perfectly. Initially, I ordered a wide-fit EU44. 5 Double Monkstrap pair. After three weeks of production, I received my shoes, but unfortunately, the fit wasn’t quite right. A long six weeks later, I finally received a replacement pair, only to realize that the team had actually gone the extra mile and crafted a made-to-measure pair for me instead, which I truly appreciate. Despite the extended wait (and having to tediously expedite my DHL package last-minute through mutual connections), I have to commend Sam, Max, and the entire production team for their dedication and craftsmanship. They did an outstanding job ensuring I received a pair that met my expectations. My only suggestion would be to improve communication and provide more detailed updates, especially given the lengthy wait time. That said, the quality and service ultimately exceeded my expectations, and I’m grateful for the extra effort they put in to ensure I didn’t have to wait yet another month for a replacement.
