Disappointed

First of all i want to say i was a huge fan of the company and its customer service which i am not anymore with the fitting of the product to the response of the customer service the mails are not been answered nor I got the solution for the problem i faced for the poor fitting of the product i bought 4 jackets from this brand but i must say this was the last i bought from jacket maker no more any jacket utterly disappointed

Amazing jacket, absolutely love it. The materials are great and it feels good to wear. Is really warm even in the northernmost parts of Finland. Took a while to get here but that's only expected.
