Thank you for shopping the Gacket Black Friday and Cyber Monday event, where we offer the strongest pricing of the year across our handcrafted leather collection.
Sale Period
Our Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale runs from November 6 to December 3. Promotional pricing is shown directly on eligible products throughout this period.
Refunds During the Sale
Please note that refund requests are not accepted on items purchased during the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale.
Extended 60-Day Exchange & Store Credit
In place of refunds, we extend far greater flexibility on exchanges. Our exchange and store credit window is extended to a generous 60 days during this sale.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or the fit is not what you expected, you can raise an exchange request online within 60 days of receiving your order:
- Standard-size orders: exchange for a different size or choose an alternative product.
- Made-to-measure and customized orders: may be returned for alteration only.
Shipping During the Sale
Our standard shipping rates apply: free within the United States, with international shipping calculated at checkout. Because volumes are higher during the sale period, dispatch and delivery may take slightly longer than usual. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces follow their normal production timelines — see our Delivery Policy for the full schedule.
Exclusions
- Personalized and customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Factory Seconds and Clearance Sale items remain final sale.
- Gift cards are final sale.
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in resellable condition with the packing slip.
