At Gacket, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every jacket you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
- You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- The jacket must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
Please note: - Custom-made, clearance, or sale items may not be eligible for return.
- Any items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be returned.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return: Contact our support team at support@gacket.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with the return shipping instructions.
- Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless due to a mistake on our part).
- If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
Exchange shipping fees may apply.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery).
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
After this period, your order will be processed and prepared for shipment.
